Goal

  • Create a minimal and atmospheric digital experience that presents the tattoo artist, showcases selected works, and makes it easy for potential clients to get in touch.
Aguila Tattoo is a personal tattoo studio brand based in Vienna, created around the work of an individual tattoo artist. The website has a simple structure with core sections for the homepage, about page, gallery, and contact, keeping the focus on the artist, her visual style, and direct client communication.
The project was designed as a clean portfolio experience rather than a heavy service website. Its purpose is to let the visual work speak first, while still providing visitors with the key information they need: who the artist is, where the studio is located, how to explore previous work, and how to make contact.
The visual direction follows the contrast of “dark” and “light”, giving the brand a minimal, artistic, and slightly mysterious feel. This approach fits the nature of tattoo work: personal, expressive, detailed, and strongly connected to the artist’s identity.
The website also includes a direct contact section with the studio location in Vienna and email contact, helping interested clients start a conversation without unnecessary steps

A Portfolio Experience Made for First Impressions

The mobile experience was designed to feel direct, visual, and easy to browse. Visitors can quickly discover the artist’s identity, explore selected tattoo work, and move naturally toward contact through a clean interface optimized for smaller screens.

Art, Identity, and Skin

The brand experience is built around the personal nature of tattoo art. Every tattoo begins as an idea, but becomes something permanent, visual, and deeply individual.

The website reflects that feeling through a restrained layout, strong contrast, and a gallery-focused structure that keeps the attention on the artist’s work rather than unnecessary decoration.

A Minimal Website for a Personal Art Brand

Aguila Tattoo needed a digital presence that feels intimate and professional at the same time. Instead of overwhelming visitors with too much content, the platform focuses on essentials: artist presentation, visual work, location, and contact.

The result is a focused portfolio website that supports discovery and inquiry while preserving the artistic tone of the studio.
